Real Estate Broker License Qualifying Course

To qualify for licensing as a real estate broker, you must have at least one year of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson OR have at least two years of experience in general real estate. You must also satisfactorily complete this course and pass a qualifying exam.

Course duration: 45 hours

Course content: license law and regulations, law of agency, title closing and costs, rea estate finance 2, land use regulations, introdution to construction and development, the broker's office, real estate investment, general business law, conveyance of real property, property management, taxes and assessments, and real estate math.

Tutition: $299 (includes textbook and materials); please submit a $50 deposit to confirm enrollment
