Salesperson License Qualifying Course

Note: You must satisfactorily complete this course and pass an examination to qualify for license as a real estate salesperson.

Course duration: 45 hours

Course content: license law and regulations, law of agency, estates and interests, liens and easements, deeds, contracts, leases, title closings and costs, real estate finance, land use regulations, introduction to construction, the valuation process, human rights and fair housing, environmental issues, real estate salesperson, "independent contractor or employee?" and real estate math.

Tuition: $299 (includes text and materials); please send a $50 deposit to confirm enrollment
